I am not sure, but I THINK my neighbor has a Tulip tree. Whatever these are, (I think they are maybe last season's tulip leaf buds?) they were so pretty as they held snow. We got 6 inches that day. It fell on top of 1 inch of ice. Which had fallen on 2 inches of sleet pellets. Which had fallen on the nearly 2 inches of ice from the first storm. My oh my. What a winter! FYI today, about 10 days later, it was 45 and the ice is finally melting off the driveway. I couldn't shovel it all last week, so I had left it to melt whenever we would get warmer weather. Temps have been about 7 degrees F., but by the weekend, they say it will be 60! Yowzah!

My Mom's house in the snow.

Flowers, trees and grasses after the ice and snow storms. I am trying to be a creative and better photographer. Sometimes I hit the mark but many times I'm off. I want "the photographers eye!"... some day maybe. :)

Outside our back door; anyone want to sit on the swings?
