You won't easily get this one, but it was really fascinating. Keeley (HIS Principal) found a man who makes the most amazing paper sculptures without tape or glue. He came for some demonstrations at HIS last week, and everyone was gasping in surprise and delight. The guy is gifted. I wish I'd had better pictures of some of his designs, but he made a 8 or so foot garland, various flowers, fans and lanterns and stuff you'd think came from a machine but were really only him folding and flicking and holding things a certain way. It was like a really cool magic show. He sold books teaching how to do it all and I had to buy one. We'll see if I actually succeed when I try this at home...
