Mangoes!!

On the way back to Kampala from Murchison, we stopped at one of the fruit vendors along the roadsides and picked up about 15 lbs. of mangoes. Both Anna’s are gourmet cooks (I certainly am not!) and we recruited Delight Hopson (and her kitchen) for a day we cooked up a storm! It was quite an enjoyable day, and I learned a lot of recipes!
